Roots Canada had a goal of shifting to a new CMS to manage their website. During this process, I was given the opportunity to update their UI and refine their design system. I identified some user experience opportunities by improving the shopping flow on the site. By increasing visibility of specific interactions like customizable options, better filtering, and connecting product categories to features like texture, we were able to make significant improvements to the customer experience.
